Mark- A.K.A The Ribman- is the inspiration behind Ribstock. A former butcher, Mark began serving up his slow-cooked rib sandwiches 3 years ago, and has never looked back. He’s one of the competitors in both the Rib and Hot Sauce competitions, and will be making 50 litres of his BBQ sauce for the event.
Jonathan is the founding father of Tweat Up and a champion of the London Street Food scene. By day he owns The Rushmore Group, which run London's original speakeasy, Milk & Honey, as well as The Player in Soho and Redhook and Giant Robot, in Clerkenwell.
Pete is charged with making Ribstock happen. He was the man behind The Mince Pie Project last Christmas, selling michelin-starred mince pies and raising money for Charity, and makes his own doughnuts, coming to London in May.
